Cakici and Ivanov to Speak at BAWorld 2017 Conference

EK consultants Tatiana Baquero Cakici and Yanko Ivanov will be delivering a presentation titled “The Business Analyst Role: Agile vs. Waterfall” at the Business Analyst World 2017 conference being held from November 13-16 in Chicago, Illinois. The presentation will explore how the role of a Business Analyst (BA) changes when a software development team is trying to move from a traditional software development methodology, such as waterfall, to an agile approach.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share our experience and real business cases regarding the impact a shift to an agile approach can have on the business analyst role,” said Cakici. Yanko Ivanov added, “EK has been leading the shift in the world of Knowledge Management to an Agile mindset. We look forward to bringing our lessons learned back to the client organizations we support.”

One of EK’s guiding principles is thought leadership. All of EK’s consultants are encouraged and rewarded for sharing their thought leadership through blogs, conferences, webinars, and academia. To date in 2017, EK has generated over 100 pieces of thought leadership on Agile, KM, and related technology topics.
