Zach Wahl
President and Chief Executive Officer
Zach has over 25 years of experience leading programs in knowledge and information management. He has worked with more than 200 public and private organizations to successfully strategize, design, and implement information management systems, including knowledge bases, intranets, content management, document management, taxonomy management, and websites (eCommerce and informational). Zach has developed his own taxonomy design methodology, authored a series of courses on knowledge management, and is a frequent speaker and trainer on information governance, web strategy, and taxonomy design.
Zach has served on the board of the Knowledge Management Institute and as the Chairman of the Institute for International Research (IIR) Enterprise Web, Portals, and Collaborative Technologies conference. He presently serves as the Chairman of the annual Semantic Layer Symposium, as faculty for the Knowledge Management Institute, and a frequent guest lecturer at some of the world’s most esteemed knowledge and information schools. He is the coauthor of ‘Making Knowledge Management Clickable,’ published by Springer in 2022. Under his leadership, EK has consistently been recognized as a great place to work, most recently by Washington Business Journal, Inc. Magazine, and the Washingtonian.

Joe has over 25 years of experience leading and implementing cutting-edge, enterprise-scale IT projects. He has worked with an array of commercial and public sector clients, across a wide range of industries including financial services, healthcare, publishing, hotel and lodging, telecommunications, professional services, federal government, non-profit, and higher education. Joe uses Agile development techniques to help his customers bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. He has a long track record of leading high-performance professional teams to deliver enterprise level solutions that provide real value. His development teams have a strong record of client satisfaction, innovation, and leadership. Joe is an expert in implementing enterprise-scale content, search, and data analytics solutions. He consults on these areas with organizations across the country and has spoken on a wide range of topics including enterprise search, enterprise content management, big data analytics, agile development and content governance.
Lulit Tesfaye
Partner and Vice President of Knowledge and Data Services
Lulit is a knowledge, information, and data management professional with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale initiatives, specializing in technologies and integrations within the public and private sectors. Lulit joined Enterprise Knowledge, LLC (EK) in 2016, playing a key role in each of EK’s previous phases of growth. Lulit founded the Semantic Data and Knowledge Graph Practices at Enterprise Knowledge, where she has been driving the adoption of semantic standards, knowledge graphs, and the integration of enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) in organizational information management strategies.
As a result of her work, Lulit has been featured in leading publications and is a frequent speaker at premier data and knowledge management conferences. She has delivered keynotes at the inaugural Henry Stewart Semantic Data Conferences in both London and New York City, and has been invited to participate in high-profile industry panels. In addition to her speaking engagements, Lulit teaches and serves on advisory boards for professional organizations and academic programs in iSchools and data management at various universities. Her current focus is on applying practical knowledge management, data governance, and semantic data foundations to optimize organizational information assets—providing the structure, context, and explainability needed to support responsible and effective AI.
Rebecca Wyatt
Partner and Division Director, Technology Solutions
Rebecca has spent her career at the intersection of Learning, Knowledge Management, and Information Technology. With over 20 years of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, Rebecca is an expert in project management, as well as the design, development, and implementation of Knowledge Management, Learning and Development (L&D) systems, and educational content.
She has guided the strategy and development of L&D systems for a wide range of clients, including international professional associations, private industry, and the federal government. Her latest projects have focused on the design and development of technical systems that showcase the integration of a broad range of educational content including formal learning, spaced learning (microlearning), performance support, and social learning through communities of practice.
Rebecca is a frequent trainer and speaker on topics including KM strategy, content strategy, and L&D. She is especially skilled at empowering and enabling high-performing teams to deliver products with outstanding business value, aligning the interests of business stakeholders and system users.
Elliot Norman

Elliot has over 15 years of experience building Project Management Offices (PMOs), and leading projects and programs across both public and private sectors. His career has been defined by a focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic, data-informed decision-making. He brings a passion for building sustainable programs and optimizing resources to deliver seamless end-to-end project execution.
As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Elliot combines extensive knowledge with real-world experience to ensure the right processes and governance are in place for the successful execution of projects.
Elliot has built and scaled PMOs from the ground up, leading teams through organizational transformations, Agile adoption, and enterprise IT modernization efforts. He has managed portfolios of 30+ projects with multi-million dollar budgets and consistently delivers strategic value through effective resource planning and stakeholder engagement.

She has designed knowledge models for a diverse range of industries, including transportation engineering, game engineering, finance, retail, and healthcare. These models have powered solutions like content tagging, semantic search, and recommendation engines for leading organizations in healthcare, retail, financial services, and more. Recognized for her ability to build and lead high-performing teams, Sara Mae drives innovation, refines methodologies, and enables client solutions that deliver lasting impact. Kristin McNally Levitas

Kristin has over a decade of experience guiding organizations through complex KM transformations and other sweeping initiatives. Grounding her work in human-centered design, change management, and organizational design principles, Kristin helps clients navigate the nuanced challenges of aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve their strategic business goals.
Kristin specializes in surfacing and resolving root issues that hinder how people capture, manage, share, and find information. She leads enterprise-wide assessments, designs future-state KM strategies, and guides executive teams towards alignment on a path forward. Her approach combines empathy with critical inquiry, drawing on a strong background in research and communication to design tailored solutions that improve knowledge flow, foster engagement, and strengthen operational effectiveness.
In addition to her consulting expertise, Kristin is a skilled communicator and facilitator, known for her ability to lead with warmth, optimism, and build trust across all levels of an organization.
