Enterprise Knowledge Senior Consultant Andrew Politi will be presenting during this summer’s Govtech lineup webinar series focused on strengthening relationships between industry and state & local government leadership.  

Politi will present a webinar entitled “How Remote Teams Are Transforming the Way Government Works” on June 23rd at 2pm ET. The session will demonstrate how GSA has begun the work of transforming its culture to a collaborative, Agile model using modern project management tools such as Trello from Atlassian. He will further address the “why’s” behind modern project and product management frameworks and provide practical examples that will help you collaborate in today’s remote world.

During the webinar, Atlassian’s Brian Cervino will present a demonstration of Trello. The session will be moderated by Patrick Moore, Senior Fellow at the Center for Digital government.
