Enterprise Knowledge (EK) announced today that Paula Land will join the firm as an Advanced Content Principal Consultant. In this strategic leadership position, Paula will add to EK’s content strategy and content analysis capabilities, bringing even greater expertise at the intersection of content management and knowledge management.
Paula has worked as a content strategist, thought leader, and consultant for over two decades, specializing in content strategy, content management, user experience, taxonomy, SEO, and content development. She is the author of the book Content Audits and Inventories: A Handbook for Content Analysis (now in its second edition), illuminating the strategic as well as the tactical aspects of the content audit, including building a business case and aligning stakeholders for the work. She is also a lecturer at several universities, teaching content strategy and content audit processes at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition to her content strategy and consulting work, Paula was the co-founder of Content Insight, which developed the Content Analysis Tool (CAT) for automating content inventories.
EK is the world’s largest dedicated knowledge management consultancy, having grown every year in its history and being included on the Inc. 5000 List of Fast Growing Companies five years in a row. EK has helped evolve the definition of knowledge management to include data strategy as a foundation for AI and machine learning. Paula’s addition to the EK consulting team will accelerate growth in the areas of content strategy, content engineering, personalization strategy, and multi-channel publishing.
“We welcome Paula to EK. Her experience and expertise will be another unique value we bring to each of our clients, and her thought leadership will be yet another benefit we can deliver to the community as a whole,” said Zach Wahl, CEO of EK.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining Enterprise Knowledge, especially at such an exciting time for the fields of content strategy and knowledge management,” added Paula. “I look forward to tackling complex, challenging projects with an incredible team of experts and being part of a company doing leading-edge work for an impressive array of clients.”
