EK’s KM Strategy and Design Practice Lead, Mary Little, will share several prioritization techniques that can help KM practitioners prioritize their KM efforts in an interactive session with hands-on exercises that will teach practical methods for prioritization such as MoSCoW, forced-ranking, and a three-dimensional matrix that evaluates efforts from a business, technical, and foundational perspective.
