Fritz Speaks at World IA Day

EK Senior Analyst Maddie Fritz will be speaking at the World IA Day DC conference on February 22 in Washington, D.C. at General Assembly. Throughout her tenure at EK, Fritz has worked alongside a variety of clients to streamline and enhance their content design process.

Fritz’s presentation, “Designing Content for an Untrusting World,” will provide the knowledge necessary to build and design trustworthy content in untrusting times. Content consumers, regardless of their form (shopper, reader, etc.), are increasingly apprehensive about the content they choose to trust. The recent concerns regarding unreliable web content have resulted in growing end user fears that what they are consuming isn’t “real.” Fritz’s talk overviews content design for engendering trust, sustaining consistent voice, and increasing the probability of content consumption.
