EK Senior Consultant, Guillermo Galdamez will be speaking at the upcoming Midwest KM Symposium: “(Positively) Disrupting Your Business with KM,” being held on August 9th in Cincinnati, OH at Western & Southern Life’s Headquarters. 

The topic of Galadmez’s talk is “What’s in a name? Not your Org Chart.” The presentation will highlight the importance of excluding an organization’s organizational chart from their enterprise taxonomy. Galdamez will offer feasible alternatives to increase the usability and adoption of an enterprise taxonomy, and will illustrate those alternatives with real-world examples from previous taxonomy implementations across various settings.
