Enterprise Knowledge’s Senior Consultant, Guillermo Galdamez, is presenting at ‘Stronger Communities’, a virtual conference organized by the Kansas-Western Missouri Chapter of Special Libraries Association (SLA)’s Virtual Conference on Friday, May 1st. 

His presentation is titled “Applying Agile Principles to Ensure the Success of Your KM Strategy,” and offers real-world examples to illustrate how agile practices can enhance the outcomes of an organization’s KM approach and strategy. Participants will learn how different approaches and principles can be applied to different situations to ensure stakeholder engagement and successful outcomes.
