Little to Speak at Leadership Center for Excellence 2018 Homecoming

Enterprise Knowledge (EK) announced today that Mary Little will give a LEAD Talk as part of The Leadership Center for Excellence 2018 Homecoming. LEAD Talks are presentations where Leadership Center for Excellence members draw on their expertise to inspire fellow leaders on a variety of topics. In Mary’s presentation, Agile Leadership: Creating a Culture Where Millennials Can Flourish, she will share how leaders can embody agile principles such as “individuals and interactions over processes and tools” to create an environment that engages and develops millennials.

When asked what inspired her presentation Mary replied, “I see first hand how an agile leadership style brings out the best in millennials, whether they are at work or in the community, and I want to share my insights on this key topic to inspire others!” Mary continued, “I hope individuals walk away from my presentation with a better understanding of the unique and valuable characteristics millennials have and the leadership style that’s best suited to bring out the best in them.”

About the Leadership Center of Excellence

Leadership Center for Excellence, an outgrowth of Leadership Arlington, has grown substantially since its inception in 1998. Our initial program, Leadership Arlington, trains effective, inspired established leaders. Additionally, Leadership Center for Excellence has been operating its Youth Program for high school students since 2004. The past few years have been a time of booming growth for the organization, with the commencement of two landmark programs – the Executive Forums and Young Professionals Program – as well as the establishment of our customized consulting and trainings, a branch of the organization dedicated to capacity building programs.
