The Leadership Center for Excellence Recognizes Mary Little as 40 Under 40 Honoree

Enterprise Knowledge (EK) announced today that Mary Little has been included in The Leadership Center for Excellence (LCE) prestigious ‘40 Under 40’ List. The Leadership Center for Excellence recognizes 40 emerging leaders (under the age of 40) each year who demonstrate impact personally and/or professionally through their exceptional leadership in the DC metro area. Mary was recognized for being a member of EK’s Leadership Team, helping to fuel their growth, and expand their philanthropic activities within the Arlington community.

“We are all so proud of the great work Mary does for EK,” said Joe Hilger, EK COO. Zach Wahl, EK Founder and CEO added, “This recognition for Mary is well-deserved. Mary is not only a leader at EK, but also a leader in the community.” Since joining EK in 2015, Mary has led countless projects, spanning across three continents, served as a beloved mentor for many EK Rockstars, and has empowered local youth through internships, job shadowing, and community events.

About the Leadership Center of Excellence

Leadership Center for Excellence, an outgrowth of Leadership Arlington, has grown substantially since its inception in 1998. Our initial program, Leadership Arlington, trains effective, inspired established leaders. Additionally, Leadership Center for Excellence has been operating its Youth Program for high school students since 2004. The past few years have been a time of booming growth for the organization, with the commencement of two landmark programs – the Executive Forums and Young Professionals Program – as well as the establishment of our customized consulting and trainings, a branch of the organization dedicated to capacity building programs.
