Matt McDonald Joins EK as Chief Growth Officer

Matt McDonald has joined EK’s Leadership Team in the role of Chief Growth Officer. As the Chief Growth Officer, McDonald will lead EK’s strategy and business development in the Federal market, integrating his deep understanding of Public and Commercial Sector sales management with EK’s industry leading knowledge, data, and information management practices to deliver mission focused solutions. He joins the existing Leadership Team in guiding the continued growth and strategic planning for EK in order to ensure consistent expert Knowledge Management consulting and continued development of EK’s client relationships.

With over 30 years of experience, Matt has sold and delivered a wide range of solutions including critical infrastructure data management, enterprise search, cloud migration, digital transformation, and cybersecurity for regulatory, healthcare, energy, higher education, and through the Federal sector. He specializes in nexus solutions that integrate capabilities to create new cutting-edge market solutions. Matt has led account management and business development in the federal civilian and defense sectors. Prior to joining EK, Matt served as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Data Systems Analysts, Inc. and has been responsible for business development and revenue growth at Project Performance Company, LLC, Hewlett-Packard, and Apogen Technologies, where he successfully achieved aggressive corporate growth, elevated market presence, and increased enterprise value.
