The National Park Service Common Learning Portal (CLP) provides integrated access via an intuitive interface to Formal, Informal, and Social Learning Materials. This presentation will discuss EK’s approach to designing and implementing the CLP, leveraging KM Best Practices with an open source, cloud-based platform. The presentation will also provide background on how NPS drove adoption and education for the CLP and the important role that change management played as part of this effort.
