Enterprise Knowledge (EK) CEO Zach Wahl will be delivering the keynote address at the upcoming Midwest KM Symposium hosted by Kent State in Kent, Ohio. This is the ninth year for the event, which gathers KM experts and practitioners from throughout the world.
Wahl will be presenting a talk titled “Making Knowledge Management Clickable,” keyed off of his book of the same name. The talk will cover techniques and best practices to ensure KM transformations are valued enterprise-wide, yielding real business returns to everyone from new joiners to long-tenured executives. Wahl will frame up the business value of KM, discuss the use of Agile and other methodologies to deliver KM value, and offer real-world case studies demonstrating how leading organizations have successfully strategized, designed, implemented, and maintained KM transformations on a global scale.
Wahl will draw from his knowledge and experience leading EK, the world’s largest dedicated KM Consulting company, as well as his role as host of Knowledge Cast, ranked as the top KM podcast in the field.
