Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is playing an extensive role at KMWorld and the associated conferences this year. In total, six EK KM Experts will be sharing their experiences and offering thought leadership at the events, occurring the week of November 6th, at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC.
“One of EK’s guiding principles is to offer our thought leadership, supporting the KM community and helping to paint a clear vision of the business returns that can be realized through practical Knowledge Management,” remarked Zach Wahl, CEO of EK. “We’ve had a presence at KMWorld every year since the company’s inception, but I’m especially pleased have EK offering such an array of experts and topics during the event.”
EK has been recognized by KMWorld for the last three years as one of the 100 Companies that Matter in KM. One of the reasons for this recognition has been EK’s continued dedication to sharing KM best practices and experience.
EK COO Joe Hilger will be delivering one of the all-conference keynotes at the event, speaking on the topic of ontologies and semantic graphs, with a focus on how they can help to bring together a wide array of content. Rebecca Wyatt is presenting alongside the National Park Service’s Communities of Learning Manager, discussing the design and sustainment of communities of practice. Craig St. Clair is also speaking at KMWorld, presenting with Adient’s Cindy Larson on Adient’s enterprise portal transformation effort.
Taxonomy experts Tatiana Baquero-Cakici and Ben White are presenting together at Taxonomy Boot Camp discussing taxonomy design validation techniques and usability, while Zach Wahl will also be facilitating his annual panel of trends and best practices from full-time taxonomists. Wahl will also be speaking at Text Analytics Forum, where he’ll present on the integration of text analytics and taxonomies.
In addition to EK’s prominent speaking roles, the company is also serving as a sponsor for KMWorld for the fourth year in a row.
