EK consultant Guillermo Galdamez will be speaking at the upcoming Midwest KM Symposium “Pollinating KM Ideas,” being held on August 10th in Cleveland, OH. The topic of his talk is “Ensuring KM Success Through Governance.” The presentation will highlight the importance of developing a robust governance plan as part of a KM strategy and change the perception that governance is a dry subject. Galdamez will make the case for governance by illustrating his arguments with real-world examples and lessons learned through KM project implementation, and adding a dash of humor and positive energy.
“Setting up governance is a lot like eating your greens, it may not always be palatable, but it will do you good in the long run” said Galdamez. He added, “However, you can always find a recipe that will change your mind about them.” Zach Wahl, CEO of Enteprise Knowledge added, “We’re so excited for Guillermo to share his expertise in this area. Thought Leadership is a guiding principle at EK, and we know participants will gain a wealth of knowledge from Guillermo’s presentation.”
