EK to Host Design Thinking DC Meetup’s Empathy Jam

Enterprise Knowledge is hosting the Design Thinking DC meetup on Thursday, April 11 for an Empathy Jam. Over the course of the evening, attendees will learn how to gain a deeper understanding of the customers and users we serve, and use that information to inspire solutions that address functional, emotional and social needs.

The session will be led by Dr. Sylvia Long-Tolbert, Clinical Professor of Marketing at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, who will share how to uncover users’ needs through the use of “Emotional Snapshots” – a tool that helps build empathic skill.
